Any other RPG geeks diving into this? I'm not very far in but I can say with certainty that it's very reminiscent of FF VII. Brooding main character with a past against the world! Lots of cut scenes and classic turn based combat.

Put a short 30min more in and I've gotta say that I'm really enjoying this title. Very immersive story line. Definitely long breaks in between the action though. That's expected in a game like this but it certainly doesn't appeal to everyone.

i had an attention span of maaaaybe 7 minutes with this game.

but my attention span isn't good for those types of games. i think someone who was more into rpgs would like it a lot.
