JET LI rocks! kika jackie chans ass anyday of the week! and with style! hahhah but yeah this movie is good if you like martial arts action! the moive has next to no plot so if your one that likes to enjoy the story of the movie then stay home and rent "The Cube" cuz jet li just kicks ass all the whole time...
oh and bridget fonda in hooker gear the whole movie helped out too hehehe *dooool*

hey.....i guess u can sorta say that....
anyways i thought the movie was pretty good......jet actually spoke enough english to make it look like he could......fighting scenes were nice.....never knew anyone could be that fast.....but did u guys get the rabits + turtle? -adam

hehe well i haven't seen the movie yet but..umm i'm making a guess here..that the rabbits and turtle thing might have something to do with a chinese story that practically all azn kidz kno
it's where the turtle has a race with the rabbit to see who gets to the finish line first...the rabbit thinking it's wayy faster than the turtle..takes a nap in the middle of his run...the turtle doesn't give up but keeps going...when the rabbit wakes up the turtle is already at the finish line..~~ ..~~ maybe that's what he meant???

yo adam the turtle held no real symbolic meaning excpet that it wuz his pet (which if you didn't notice he likes to torture) set free by fonda cuz of that fact..
the rabbits on the ohter hand i think represented the whole movie's "story" where the two rabbits eating the dead one were the french agency trying to hunt and kill the heroin connection and cast the blame on jet li (the dead one) of course because it is in the beggining of the movie you wouldn't really know that but closer to the end you find out that it is all a plot to get jet li and the only way to really poject that image with rabbits would to have one of them dead

hmmmmmmm . . .
the movie was cool
i liked the fighting the pool table thing i just didnt like the scene where he walks into the room with all those cops trainin and he kicks all there ass!!! like no way dude and the scene when he walks in the e room and yells somebody help me over played man but it was cool i didnt get the turtle and rabit deale either and the explanation ebove makes no sence to me

i just saw the movie 2day ... i thought it was pretty good... fightig...mmmmm....
i didnt get the rabbit thing at the beginning but thanx to keebler for clearing that one up... one other thing i dont get .... right at he end before jet li stuck that needle thing in the guys neck, the mean guy said "i got u" ... huh? how? what? sorry but that just went *vvvrrrrrroooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmm* over my head... so can anyone explain? thanx a bunch ...xoxo... i saw the movie last nite, and i thought it SUCKED.
the tortoise and the hare thing was pretty obvious for me... but that's just me... i thought the fighting scenes were REALLY BAD. the american directing shined right thru... try watching a chinese kung fu movie... they actually show fighting, not just a guy moving around really fast, swapping camera angles every 1/2 second, and a bunch of guys end up lying on the ground... i don't think i actually saw jet li do 1 decent technique during the entire film... those twins had some cool stuff, but it was cheeeeeeesy... and bridgette fonda was in on the directing right? i read that somewhere before i saw the movie... anyways, her little "oscar scene" as my friend and i pointed out, where she's in the hospital crying about her kid, and how her life sucks, for about 5 minutes... that's pretty sad how she used her own film to try and exploit her "talent"... seeing as she's not that great of an actress... what i DID like about the movie, was the beginning plot... how it kept twisting around. it was fast paced action with a fast paced story... but the rest of the movie was just a bunch of cops (with no respect for the public) running around chasing after jet li... let's see... the POLICE shot up a... hotel... a ferry... an ORPHANAGE... what kinda country lets cops get away with that? obviously not france, seeing as nobody in the movie was actually speaking french!!!! pwuahahaha... i expect more from a jet li movie... he got screwed over in that movie... but all in all, it's worth watching on a tuesday nite... or renting when it comes out on video/dvd...
