ghost dog is a very good movie..in fact almost all of jim jarmusch's movies are good. try "Down by Law" and "Night on Earth". i got them in divx form if you're interested

yeah its a great film.



not everyone can "get" the film though.

For me it wasn't about 'getting' the film. I love to watcha movie that challenges me to think or look at things in a different way. Oddball movies are my favourite actually.....I just found this movie to be drab. Forrest Whitaker was extremely dry and boring throughout the whole film and the plot line, while an interesting idea, was not put to fruition as well as it could have been.

i saw it on showcase a little while ago. kinda ok. but i have a hard time seeing whitaker as some sorta modern hood samurai. not necessarily garbage, but it definetely could have been better
