It is going to be absolutely packed this week. On Labour Day, the line up (even though it was sold out) created a traffic jam all the way to 176th st!

last time i went (like 2 weeks ago) it was pretty much sold out
and at like at least $10 a car, thats a lot of money, i just don't understand why they would close, they must make a decent amount of money.....

That's what I thought too! I drive by there every day, and there always seems to be a lineup (unless they're showing really stupid movies). But apparently they don't...I was reading something in the paper, and apparently all the money they make is through concession...

And my understanding is that the owners are going to build a new drive-in
hence the reason for closing this one

the new one is supposeedly going to be In Abby - which scares me cause i get lost out there :(
