for the millionth time, some one is talking about the movie spun!

okay, im new here, but im just guessing youve all sen the movie Spun by now...

but if you havent???

woah, your really in for a treat. i don't know about anybody else, but this movie touched me in so many ways. aside from my obvious attention to the subject matter, the characters were very funny and interesting while still being relateable.

i could go on and on...

the production and editing really creates a feeling of being fucked on meth (or any E i seem to get, but thats a whole 'nother story, mlar).

ofcourse the icing on the cake is the dreamy voice of billy corgan as the main composer of most of the music in the film.

I don't really think i can touch on all the things that made this movie so enjoyable to watch.

so i think ill leave it on my computer to send to ppl over msn so they have no excuse but to watch it..

i have 2 perspectives of this movie.

1. watching it totally sober.
2. watching it on shooms.

totally better on drugs but only cuz you understand it better or something sketchy like that. thats just my two cents though.

I rented it from Blockbuster...the nudity was all edited.

It was OK at best...a mediocre comparison to Requiem for a Dream.

The best part was definitely the soundtrack.

Requiem for a Dream was an art movie, it had no real characters or dialouge i thought, it was really plot-driven and was all cinamatography and production.

their both really good movies, but comparing them like that is unnfair, Spun is traditional storytelling, wheras Requiem for a Dream was far more abstract in getting its message across.
