Those long hours seem to wither away talking to customers now. Instead of getting frusterated because after 20min they still don't know what the term power means, I'm wisked away to the wonderful world of lemmings. I remember playing this game and it entertained me for hours. Thankfully you have the ability to pause the game in case some praticular call gets a little more complicated. Its an extremely well designed site and pretty impressive since the whole thing runs on java and dhtml. So there is no need to install anything.
