Homer eh

"Is Homer Simpson Canadian?
In Montreal at the Just for Laughs comedy festival, creator Matt Groening noted his dad was born in Canada. Homer Simpson was named after Groening's father.

"That would make Homer Simpson a Canadian," Groening said in an interview. "I hope Canadians won't hold it against the show now that they know."

One fan noted it is not too surprising, "Homer eats foods commonly associated with Canada: donuts, beer, bacon, and has been know to have a glass of maple syrup for breakfast."" - some guy

we can claim him as our own
how special

I had some tomacco once . . . once. And it was nasty ass!
Homer being a Canuck rock, though. No wonder he can handle all that weak Yankee beer.

"Good-bye, Japan. I'll miss your Kentucky Fried Chicken, and your sparkling, whale-free seas!" - B. Simpson(u know the episode!)
