i dont care what ANYONE says... van damme movies were the shit, esp. 'bloodsport' and 'kickboxer'. um actually thats it... haha. 'universal soldier' was aight, but i think after 'street fighter' came out, it was all downhill for him! haha... and 'the quest' was just ridiculous!

seagal... damn... both of the 'under siege' movies were good... but i dunno what else, cant think of any!

so... who do u think is better? im almost certain that tons of peeps on this board have watched their movies...

well JCVD seriously trained martial arts n shit and he looks way stronger than steven seagal .. who also trained martial arts..

Segal would counter every move van damme made...

I took Tae kwon do and pankration...and my mom exboyfriend took aikido. He would just counter what ever I did and put me in some submission hold plus he knew a lot about pressure points on the body. Joint manipulation sucks.
