as for my favs it is way too hard to call. way too many games and movies that i love. althoguh if i pinpointed it down to genre and system that would be easy.

I'll just single out this year seeing as those two things are probably my two largest hobbies.
favorite games I played this year: FFXI, Fable, Kotor2, Ico
Favorite Movies this year: Garden State, City of God, Infernal Affairs 1-3

Some of those came out many years ago, but I saw/played them this year.

^fable was good, except it needed to be at least 2x longer.

in the theme of this year:
movies:shaun of the dead, napolean, collateral

games:fable(sorta) gauntlet dark legacy(ps2) its old but we got it this year and finished it hardcore buttom mashing 4 player action steeez.

I don't even think fable was finished as far as story line and side quests go.
The game feels incomplete.
It seems like they just shipped it out as soon as they could.
I still enjoyed the game play regardless.

My fave video game is also Mario Kart for N64! It's pretty much the only game I wil play. You must spread some Karma around before giving it to crookedking again. :)

My fave movie is probably Save the Last Dance or Honey. I also *love* both Barbershop movies.

I have to many favorite movies and my Favorite game would have to be Tactical_Ops an old game on the Unreal Tournament Engine. Also I like Half life2 and Doom3 but they only have so much staying power..
