The tv show "Regenesis"

Kick ass show. Anyone else seen it? I remember watching this earlier in the year on, I think, HBO. Season finale was a while ago and I havn't heard beans of it since, except someone mentioning that is was possibly a pilot.
Does anyone know if it's coming back?
