anyone ever seen this? it was aired on MTV a long time ago as a series, then it was released as a movie. one of my favorites.

I own the movie, which is just the whole t.v. series linked together. I've seen it no less than 15 times. I've read about 80% of the comics, which are basicaly the same as the movie/t.v. series except waaaay more blood and gore due to the fact that it is on paper rather than on screen.

I think any psychology major would laugh thier ass off at some of the references that may be beyond those who don't know how to recognize certain moments in the movie, as simply briliant.

I've seen this movie sober, stoned, drunk, shrooms, acid, E, K and extremely tired.... no matter the case, it's amazing!

Oh shit Maxx was one of my favourite comics as a kid.

I got the first issue, no bar code, black and white glow in the dark cover.

i was one of those hand-me-down comic dorks. i just had the old comics my friends gave me and i got from my grandma and at garage sales and shit. but back to the MaXX, its fuckin dope.

lol, i skipped school all the time to do the same. but then when i started djing i had to buy records too (and back then records and comics all arrived on thursdays) and i realized i couldn't be spending $400 a week on it all ($300 on music, $50-$100 on comics) so i sold my entire collection to buy more wax

i bought all the image comics. had the entire spawn collection, 1-100 at one point. pitt, maxx, gen13, darkness, witchblade. image has the best inkers in teh bizz

I loved image. I have all the Gen 13, all of pitt. I think pitt and gen13 did a crossover. Had probably most of spawn, somewhere in storage.

forreal those comics were amazing, i need to dig that shit up it's been ages. I got some marvel too. I got some old wolverine, the one when magneto takes his adamantium, #61 from the original first x-men series and a bunch of other goodies.

haha yeh man. I used to have all the comic cards too. The see through marvel ones, the holographic venom ones, oh the glory.

There was just something about a mint condition comic all wrapped up nicely with backings.

Nah i had this super hologram one of spiderman fighting venom in this epic urban battle with rocks flying everywhere.

All #1's/Collectors/Rookies.

I have some really old Thors worth a few g's.

Got death of Superman/Batman/Robin/And their rebirths.

I got lots that are still worth money and will be worth more later.

But my favourite is my Ragman #1.

Yup I've got every Ren & Stimpy comic ever made. Every Mortal Kombat comic too.

And I've got the Marvel trivia game, kinda like trivial pursuit but all to do with marvel comics. It makes a great drinking game, if you get the question wrong, you punish yourself by taking a drink. If you get a question right, you reward yourself by taking a drink. The important thing is, you get good and hammered!
