I remember seeing it when I was a kid.. and I said to one of my friends a few months ago

"Its not so gory ive seen worse"

Well....Maybe I forgot the whole movie.. but it was an hours worth of nothing but blood guts and ewwwww's

it was awesome! and a cute love story. I forgot how cool this movie was till I rented it last night!

that's the first thing that popped into my head when I saw the thread. THE BEST horror movie weapon ever.

And a little bit of trivia about that A+ gore: they had such a low budget that they could only use proper fake blood for part of the movie. They ended up mixing and matching cans of liquids (paint, left over fake gore, etc) from the old store rooms on the set. That's why there's the ocassional splash of yellow or green (although the colour just adds to the gorey goodness, in my opinion)

The best scene in the movie is when Lionel brings the zombie baby to the playground and it escapes and tries to attack a bunch of kids. Then Lionel starts beating the baby unmercifully, stuffs it in a bag and walks off. Then tries to defend his actions by saying the baby is "Hyperactive".

Oh and the best quote has to me:

Latino chick - "Your mother ate my dog!!!"
Lionel - "Not all of it."
