They don´t have to be comedies, I also enjoy watching action or horror movies....
I would like to know what movies you guys enjoyed the most while smoking a couple of joints and chilling out!

anytime man.. one of my jobs is in a movie store. . until sunday anyways. So I literally get paid to watch movies for 8 hours a day, five days a week.

you'd think so.. . but the people that I work with make the job unbearable. All they do is whine and complain about their easy job... sooo no more easy ride for me. It's back to manual labour! Not so bad though =)

Half-baked is the only one you need.

I just found it again, and watched it like 5 times since monday.

I watched Half-Baked really stoned once and thought it sucked.

The only person in that entire movie who has ever been a stoner is Chapelle, and it fucking shows.

Particularily Mallrats and Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back, those movies are made for stoners.

Also recommend:
Waking Life (if you can stay awake)
Dune (the old David Lynch one with Kyle McLaughlin)
Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me
any CKY vid
any Pixar movie (particularily Finding Nemo.... actually, these are also excellent when accompanied by mush)

There's a billion good movies out there, but these ones stand out as good-to-watch-while-baked.

But yeah, don't let Half Baked deceive you. It's a bunch of stoner stereotypes without any substance. Jay & Silent Bob by far supercede it as movies about stoners.

Oh yeah, and Altered States is a pretty killer drug-related movie, but I saw it after I read the book.... and the book blew my mind away.

The last few chapters of the book kind of fell under "Things I realized while fucked up on mushrooms at a rave for the first time (first time doing mush at a party, not first time doing mush) and have been trying to put into words ever since." Really brilliant stuff. If you liked the movie, I highly recommend the book.

sorry but if I watch some movies while stoned, I get the feeling ohhh fuck I can´t wait till it´s over and the feeling is enhanced, because of the power of thc and other cannabinoids.... however, I enjoy good movies twice as much.

May be if I had bc bud all the time I would enjoy more movies, but I have to be happy with my rotterdam weed...
