What do you like the most about DJing?

The energy and satisfaction of doing something for someone else. I like to see everyone having a good time to the music I like. Now, I'm really emotional about it since most of my sets contain allot of my own tracks and remixes.

Starting at age 12, Marzetti (aka Dj Xu) began playing acid techno. Marzetti’s's foundation of Techno and Acid Techno was soon built upon by Dub, Garage and now topped with the flavors of House and Drum n Bass. By age 14 he founded Houseunderground Productions, throwing small underground parties going by the name “Mission”. By age 18 he’s had the privilege of performing numerous local parties as well as at major centers across North America (Including Hawaii). Marzetti's stellar ability to shake and energize the masses is distinct and like no other.
Currently at age 24, he’s producing for Equal Records in Italy (home of popular artists like Luis Radio, Danny 'Buddah' Morales' and many others), where he released a remix for Equal on the single 'Luis Radio feat Mijan - Because of You' in 2005. More productions include “Michael Watford – Back To My Roots (Marzetti’s Bassline Remix)” currently unreleased and “Kid Shibuya – Shake Your Body (Marzetti’s Funk Revenge Remix)” also currently unreleased. Marzetti is also the other half of Runzwithsizzorz, where he produces with Daniel Snow for Poweredge Recordings. All this followed by many tracks to come out in March 2007 on his label Sovereign House Records.
With producing taking off, he also has a radio show broadcasting Saturday nights from 9pm-10pm (Mountain Time - Alberta & Montana, etc...) on CJSR 88.5 FM called Houseunderground FM.
