I seriously dont know how you people can judge Oakenfold.
When I saw him play at Crave in the Agrodome he played flawlessy, tight mixing and great track selection for his style. I have no clue how people can claim he trainwrecked... He was a dick and had poor crowd interaction, but that determines a trainwreck? I dont think so... uneducated people...jeez Trainwrecking is the basis to getting better however... I stille hear dj's trying fresh techniques and fail... but you only learn from a bad experience. |

HAHAHAHA! I remember watching that video, everyone bouncing around having a good time and then *boom* starts scratching the kick sample over top and you hear a ton of ppl like "aww aww man..." lol hilarious. imho Oakenfold went down hill FAST after his comp "Perfecto Pres. Another World" after that meh...I think his prime (saying this for years) is his Radio 1 Essential mix around Dec. '96 or so |
