Hour 1: Dickey Doo (Dixmix)

DJ Dickey Doo has played up and down both coasts, from New York, to montreal, from Vancouver to L.A, and has been recruited to play for the likes of Chanel, Miss Universe, Queer as Folk and Fashion Cares. Dickey has been handpicked to play alongside djs such as Peter Rauhofer, Roger Sanchez, Deep Dish, Derrick Carter, Lil Louis Vega, Junior Vasquez and many many more. Dickey has collaborated musically with artists such as Eddie Amador (Street corner symphonies “symphonic tonic” remix on the ministry of sound label), Nyc’s Lady Bunny and Fabrics’ Tyler Stadius. In addition Dickey’s remix of R.E.M’s “Animal” was released in summer 2004 by Warner brothers records USA as a dj promo 12”, and his remixes of Harmar Superstars “body request” was released in Jan 2005 as a cd maxi and a double pack 12” single on w.b U.S.A also. Dickey is currently collaborating with Larry t (nyc) as well as the toilet boys Miss Guy (nyc) with Marc Belke of the legendary hardcore band S.N.F.U on his 2nd album project!!
