Just an FYI, check out peercast. http://www.peercast.org/

It may be a good way of propagating this on limited bandwidth. I'll take a look at the peercast docs and let you know if it looks like it might help.

Essentially, peercast is a replacement shoutcast server that allows people listening to relay it to other people.

**EDIT: You can set it up like 5 different ways. Some are easy, some aren't. They have awesome help.***

dang... i thought this was an actual radio station that vancouver just opened up.

well... good idea though.

i always like other stations on the net like tranceairwaves.com and ets-global.org. playing some good trance 24/7! if u can set it up like those stations... props to you!

Shouldn't be too hard to set up. I've been messing with it here. I'm using Winamp + Oddcast v2 + Peercast.
