At first I wasn't sure 'bout this one... but now I really do like it. Good production always gets ya in the end ;)
It's got some real RUDE additude, specially after the first big break. holy shieeet like when the bass gets all deep. MMM... thanks... that makes me happy. |

OK,
Production is tight. I see a very sophisticated 16 step sequencer somewhere in here. My teachers always said to put the pro's first but I tend to look for mistakes so I'll save my compliments till later. 1. It has all the elements of a track, breakdowns, hat drops, basslines, punchy snare, weird samples,etc..But, something is definitely missing. 2. This isn't really speed garage, just cause you have a square wave bobbin in an out doesn't make it speed garage. I can see you were trying for that. I would probably say its closer to really slow drum and Bass with a 4/4 beat or simply garage. 3. I liked the crazy scarface steel drums, awesome, scary. 4. The production is tight, that's a big plus. 5. The track is a good length 6. What's the message? Hmm...I just don't know.. 7/10 |
