All the lame-asses who left this when FF5 came on missed out on one of the best techno sets Vancouver's seen in a minute.

One of THE BEST sets I have heard from a DJ in a long time. Musically very rich, fun, dancey and intelligent, just the way it should be. Not to mention his crazy technical skills and his energy behind the decks. TWO THUMBS UP!

Freeform Five rocked. His set started out mediocre (for 10 minutes or so), and then he just rocked the place from then on out. Definitely one of the best sets I've seen this year. I had to leave a bit early though, because I pre-drank waaaaaay too much. Well worth the $15, that's for sure.

Well I am glad I went out for a bit but why was it so dark in there? Needed more lights. I never noticed the back area behind the dj set- isn't that crazy! It's sweet back there.
His set was good, but wow I am really not into house. His set wasn't as break-ish as his tracks I like. Although, I had to leave 1/2 threw his set to go flyer @ Richards so I prob missed my fav tracks :(

He didn't really play much house. That was mostly straight-up techno. soulless, thumping beats and sounds. definitely not for all tastes, but the techno he was pumping out was glorious.
