1st off, American Ravers are damn rude!!! just walk all over pple that are trying to dance. The Music was nuts. lighting was good with some crazy lasers. nice visuals too. only thing was u couldnt really enjoy the lighting since the venue was so brightly lit up. but all in all it was no colosium rave. Americans one word P.L.U.R.!!! there really is no need to be pushing the way u do and throwing water all over the place. settle down and listen to the music and respect the pple around u.

I thought exactly the same thing. "why the heck is it so bright in here?" Felt like it was time to go home. No hazers that I noticed, no mesh. Come to think of it, it's surprising they weren't less visible. The visual side of USC 10 last year rocked this years show. USC 10 was probably the craziest visual display I've ever seen.
And what's with taking the bottle caps away? What I am supposed to do now, slam this bottle water all at once? Someone said it's so you don't slip on them. Okay, but now I'm slipping on the water spilled from dancing with an open bottle, lol. I don't know why there's never a place to put the empties, that might help reduce debris on the floor. The sound was quite nice, powerful and clear, although it sounded at least at time like the subs were being over driven a little. I suppose overall the show was decent. |

that's crazy, i've always found the exact opposite of yankee ravers. |

Hyperfunk and Dig-Dug rocked it!
BT was interesting. Tiesto was fairly generic and boring. Donald Glaude ruined good music with poor scratching. Overall, the venue was about twice as bright as it should have been. I was told that this was so that the cops and security could see people pass out and help them asap. Good times overall... very reasonably priced show for the value. |

It was my first USC party and first party in the states... One thing I
loved about it was how it reminded me of the old days with candy kids and such. I felt like I had a fuckin sign on my back saying push me. Felt like there was no respect and space with fuckin mangled people everywhere bmping into you. And there was a security gaurd who looked exactly like donald glaude who was being a bitch to everyone. I wish there was more than 1 room that seperated the trance and house, breaks. And it was wayyyy too fuckin bright in there. TIESTO AND BT was the shit! props to HYPERFUNK for droppin sum sick old school tracks too! good party! |

BT was definately the best DJ of the night; Break my Fall was definately a highlight. Tiesto was alright, but comparing it to his vancouver visit, I found him to be too soft. It almost felt like the first 1 1/2 of his set was a warm-up for harder stuff like Lethal Industry and Adagio for Strings.
crowd was alright......found no differece compared to the east van crowd.....except some girl doing the crab walk dance kept on grabbing me and touching my head |

Worst USC event I have ever attended.
Lineup to get a beer/drink was insanely long, main room was way too bright, sound was pretty bad and the visual setup was lame. Only good thing I could mention is that the lineup moved very quick. BT spun a good set, Tiesto spun pretty much what he played when he was here at GM Place. USC 10 was way better than this show. However, the afterparty at Motor was great and made my trip down there worthwhile. |

Actually it's the venue's disgression. Also, it depends on the security guard.. I know it's hit and miss with them, especially at that particular venue.. So if it's due to my post. Well say bye bye to them.. I'm about to delete the link...

just for the sake of going down to party, i thought it was pretty insane. harsh reminisce the day i met u & other fnk krew. just this time we booked a hotel and spent a lot more money shopppin, and i garnered enough courage to smuggle some goods down.
bt warmed up for a bit but once he finished the progressive bs [deadmau5 *cough], his tunes came on and the crowd just ate it all up ~ esp the collabo tracks with tiesto. nicely prepared for tiesto's performance... the usual ISOS promo and then he just murdered the floor with belters during the second half. glaude should stop scratching...i bet dan even gets sick of it.
