Beat Tweaka is an unknown quantity at this point
was a really good night although surprised at the lack of turnout for such a break beat legend.

was able to talk to him afterwards - he's a cool guy.

He's a super cool guy! It really is too bad we haven't seen much turnout for the shows we have been trying to throw. We are still gonna kick it there every Thursday, but need a bit more support to do any more big shows like this in the future. The breakbeat scene just doesn't get the support it needs now days. :sad2:

Breaks apathy is probably at an all-time high. Ironic, because some of the best music I've heard this year has come from the breaks scene.

benyamean is on a distinguished road
I was really mad that I didn't make it to this.. I had the flu and a virus, but was still really on the verge of coming. I just felt too bad and working early would've kept me from recouping. That said, I myself know that I need to come out to this night more. I have been 3 times and have had fun everytime!! Drinks are very reasonable and it is a night to hear some breaks which is kinda rare in this city. Great job on the night and bringing in great acts!

Ps, can people reflect more on Rennie. I wanna know what kinda styles he played in his set. Thanks..

Ben
