I.M.F all the way, I would go to Sinful if it wasn't too close right after Fusion Dreams. Both look like they are going to be awesome. But I would choose I.M.F though :)

Indeed, Elevation was organized by our good friends at Drive Ent :)

Either way, IMF is a PNE massive that is 22 days ( 1 1/2 paychecks) after Sinful - no reason not to attend both!

Just have fun, and enjoy your summer :D We are working on Sinful everyday to make it a little bit different than most raves.

Call it a labour of love if you will, we just love to party (you will see the Evolve crew dancing up front and centre at most legal events) and do events our own way.

I dont mean to be a downer, but I don't know where everyone is getting their info from. Yoji's been here twice that I know of: I'm looking at the flyers on my desk as I write this.. Loungex 2000 and @live in 2001. Both have Yoji headlining... unless my memory fails me and I dont remember him having issues getting into the country or something.

Either way, both parties will be dope. Different experiences to say the least, but each equally attractive in their own right. I dont see what the big deal is, these parties are nearly a month apart. Making people "choose" between the two only seems like a way to force people onto some sort of "side".. exactly what we need in the scene... more segregation...

In other words... Evolve parties are always good... IMF has always been good... Go to both, but if you choose one, don't feel obligated to slam the other.

You are correct Richard - He's been on the flyer for 2 shows. @LIVE and some LOUNGEx party. He was never booked or played @Live. (I was there myself to check that event out) The only uncertainty is the loungex party since I didn't go to that event - but from what his agent told us - its his first ever appearance on the west coast.

If so, its going be YOJI's first ever live appearance.

Oh don't get me wrong. I'll be at both shows for sure. I mean I've been pretty hyped once Ben told me about Maddox coming. I've just been waiting for so long to see Yoji Biomehanika since Sensation Black 2004.

Either way I agree that this thread makes it seem like people are forced to choose while in the end I'm pretty sure some people will change their mind after a while.

Honestly, they'll probably go to BOTH. It's kinda weird how these 2 are even compared together when its totally different. It's comparing a 5000+ party versus a 700+ party. It's two different scales. But both elite in their own unique ways.

so just go to both.

Stan, you're right about @live, i think I remember people being disappointed about him not coming now that you mention it.. It happens so often that it's easy to mix all these M.I.A. headliners up.

These conflicts between party-goers are hilarious. It's like watching gamers argue about whether Xbox or PS2 is better... You're just better off getting both anyway. :)
