i have some questions that i think might be useful.
how many tix are there in total? or is it unlimited? and if there is a total will i be posted and updated as to the number sold? Can i get a receipt for taxation purposes? Who's doing the draw and how do i know it won't be fixed? if it is fixed can i get in on it? is a cash payout available if the prize is unwanted? What if prizes are unclaimed wut happens what will you do about it? Will you need volunteers for the F&K homeless dinner? Who can someone contact for information? Will you be adding more prizes in future? if so and someone wanted to add a prize who can i contact for details? :keebler: |

We are planning on having a small prize draw party so everyone involved can see it happen. It will happen on Jan 31st or earlier if all the tickets sell out before the draw date. is a cash payout available if the prize is unwanted? This is a possible option which we can pursue after the draw is completed. What if prizes are unclaimed wut happens what will you do about it? We will try to contact the prize winner until we decide that the phone number we were provided is invalid and all attempts to contact the individual via the website are not responded to. At that point in time we will go back to the tickets and redraw a new winner for that prize. Will you need volunteers for the F&K homeless dinner? Who can someone contact for information? We will be needing volunteers for the dinner if enough tickets are sold before Christmas. A thread will be started on F&K and you can sign up at that point in time. Will you be adding more prizes in future? if so and someone wanted to add a prize who can i contact for details? The prizes listed have already been ordered and paid for. Any other prizes that are donated will be added to the draw as a predraw item or a final draw item.
