How to get my picture to upload

Everytime I go to upload a picture, it always says that it exceeds the limit. anyone know how I can make it smaller, so that I can actually post it?

open up your pic in paint and then click on image, sketch/skew and then change the horizontal and vertical to 50 or somethin

you'll understand when u get there :)

What she meant to say is to open the image in Microsoft Paint and resize it with that program.
