~Permission denied "posting problems"

A few of you have pointed out that you're not able to post in the parties & promos section or certain areas. It's not a result of us banning or revoking your privileges. If you run into this error can you plz email myself or one of the admins and let us know of the problem. We will look into the matter a little closer and see whats causing this.
