See, we were going to get HDTV - but my landlords share the cable with us. So if they wanted to experience it, we would kinda have to convince them to buy a box. And the deal was, we pay for the add on of the cost of the cable. They have the whole home package for their house. If Allison and I were jerks, we could even pilfer their phone services.

We didn't want to pay for theirs if it came down to it.
