sorry! it's been so long since i've gotten a 'hey you' i forgot what to do.

i'm on page three hundred and something. they just reached blue heaven and the breakers and roland and those dudes just finished listening to the tapes that ted left them in that cave. i'm not as fast a reader as you are, i don't think.

so far i like it, but i'm unsure on how i feel about him putting so much of himself into the book. it's kinda weird and surreal to read it.

i'm still unsure whether or not i like him putting himself in the book. i'm still undecided on the ending, too.

i will update you when i finish reading it.

i like how ted brautigan is back from Hearts in Atlantis though. one thing that's awesome about the series is that you get characters from other books, and you can go read all these side-stories to the dark tower series.

i really enjoyed callahans' side story. all those hidden highways was pretty cool.
