Valve, as in the company that makes the Steam software for Counter-Strike among others. Ruined all of the hard work I did to get my perfect crack for CS.

I Agree. Don't work at Stream - highest employee turn over in the known universe. You could get the same style of call center job closer to Van and get paid $4-$5 more per hour to start! I love Chilliwack, but unless you're in construction or serving, you're pretty much F-ed when it comes to finding a good paying job.
