I'm ordering some tracks but my head is spinning after spending three hours sifting through sample after sample on Juno and Chemical Records....

I'm looking for more tracks/artists with a similar sound to these tracks:

Leftfield -- Dusted [Tipper Remix]

Tipper -- Tweaksauce

Q Project -- Champion Sound [Tipper Remix]

Cut & Run -- King of Bongo (The mp3 I have says 'breaks mix' so I'm not sure if it's the original)

Cut & Run -- Darkside

Bassnectar -- Pleasure the Bassnympho

Bassnectar -- Wicked Twitch of the West

etc... etc..


Basically bass-heavy, dark techy breakbeats... a touch of psychedelia doesn't hurt. Glitch is definately up my alley as well. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Tipper used to put out a lot of stuff on Fuel so check out that label, I think his website is tippermusic.net. he's also producing under the name "crunch" now.

Cut & Run is not one artist per say, and I wont get in to it because of the nature of the label...similar artists you should check out though are Screwface, Control-Z, Breakfastaz, Ed 209...check out other releases on the "cut n run" imprint and "crisp biscuit" label and yep the mix you have is the original one, its a remix of a really old tune.

other artists you might like...general midi, autobots (playing next week!), Si Beggs, AMB (this guy is ill if you like really techy stuff, lots of edits), Chris Carter, Roxiller (very dark shit your pants kind of breaks), BLIM, labels you might wanna check out are Cyberfunk, hardcore beats, downbeat, 777...hope that helps!
