Don't go to Adrenaline, man. They put out dime-a-dozen pieces as fast as they can... for them it's about quantity. You have no idea how many appointments I booked for people wanting their Adrenaline pieces fixed.

Sacred Heart has most definately earned their reputation. I'd kill to have some work done by them in the future, although I'm still giving my sleeves to Osmosis. |

If you want an amazing piece of artwork done next year, yeah. For what Joe's going for, I don't think the wait for an opening with the Dutchman would be all that worth it. Lots of solid black... a great concept that doesn't call for much detail.

My friend got his sleeve done there and the artist did an amazing job on it. If i were ever gonna get a tattoo i think dutchman would be my first choice.

i had my thinker done at sacred heart. most of my friends have the majority of their tattoos done there; if i didn't have plans with my friend justin to finish the rest of my sleeves i'd definitely be back with someone at sacred heart to finish my work.

Personally, I refuse to let an artist work on someone else's piece. Each time I let someone work on me, they're putting their heart and soul into that piece. In my mind, letting someone cover up or touch up someone else's work is a big fuck you to the original artist. I'd only do it if the dude really fucked up.

I just got one done at adrenaline...It turned out pretty good but then again the design was simple and you'd have to be a complete retard to mess it up...
I recommend west coast tattoos...good guy and he cares about his work. Sacred heart is really good too but wicked expensive... |

plus, i only was planning on doing the thinker at the time on my left arm. wasn't till a couple years later that i decided to do sleeves. |

I can understand your reasoning completely on the Driscoll incident, and I agree with you. You've got to trust your artist. As for the thinker, that's cool by me as well. I mean, you can't always plan out your entire limb when you get a tattoo. So long as the original piece is respected, I'm all for expansion.
I dunno.. I look at it from more of a Modern Primitive angle. The artist is imbuing his energy into your body to help you manifest into your completed personal image, but hey... that's just me, right? To each, his own. |
