and do not worry, i washed it in cold (w/ unsented soap and unsented fabic softner) and hung it to dry.

i already looked at the zipper and the velcro (i was planning on fixing it to surprise you) and there is nothing you or i can really do to fix the it, unless you wanted to take the whole jacket apart and replace the zipper and resew the velcro in the pocket.

if the velcro really bothers you, you could try gluing it w/ fabric glue...but honestly i do not know how well it would hold.

the velcro is EASY to fix..my mom fixed it for me once..just sew it back on to its side. but the zipper is seriously HOPELESS. gettin the zipper fixed would cost more than the jacket.

my gimped 15 dollar jacket...i still think that jacket was super affordable.
