I'm a total newb for these things and, I can only assume I can save files with this?

Secondly, I just need it for one thing, if you have one, can i give you an sd card and the file i need saved?

be careful, they only accept certain brands. and if you bought an SD card, some of them come with their own readers. which connect to USB. the Wii also has USB ports.
