I think the move will go very smoothly.. I just have to pack everything into rubbermaid containers.

I'll have my uncles van (VW transporter) so all the big pieces will fit into it. No renting a van needed.

Opal wants to build a big lantern but I just think we can all make our own and we can set up a little camping spot and enjoy the procession.

I is playing at Signal, for the first Signal Classix night. Beyond that I have nothing planned for the day Saturday, which will be my celebration day (Birthday actual is Thursday). So beach sounds good for then, otherwise whatever else friends may be up to.

Today's a bit gong-ish (having to do lots of housework and research).

Moving day is dodgy, due to my family being here.

Boats? Why not pop by, here and walk down w/ us? Around noon-ish.

Lanterns? Oh, hell, yeah!!! (gotta start thinking of what to make!)

Bocce? DYING to break out the new set! I still vote for David Lam, simply because it's central to most of us, plus, it's very civilized (read: booze-friendly). Even though the pitch is a bit chewed, the randomness of divots and bounces only adds to the fun of the game!
PLUS! Lots of room for the rest of us to toss the disc around!
