for me it didnt hurt while i was getting it done but like an hour later i couldnt talk or anything, and it was rubbing against my gums wich hurt like a mother fucker, then it bled, lol
after like 3 days it was all good,lol

it didnt hurt me at all... the next day i bit it and it hurt but only because i was trying to eat a chicken burger. macks leathers doesnt sell diamond studs and when you change your jewelery, youll have to buy a whole new stud from somewhere else. its gonna cost you around 90 $ to get a new stud with the diamond top. i have the diamond in now and i love it.

when i went to get mine pierced they had diamond studded ones but they only had pink, blue, and purple ones. maybe they have them now?
