Are you on Shaw or Telus??

I have people getting an average of 40Kb/s which isn't bad for 9 users u/l and d/l

Telus users usually get even faster speeds.

What did you want? I can do a direct send to you.

man i was uploading a bunch of files onto you're ftp and i timed out, i can't believe it..i have shaw...i want some of the avb, sander klenberg and other trance mixes you have...oh yeah and im using my browser to use your ftp, would it be quicker if i used an actually ftp connect too program..(sorry im not well versed in computer technology)

dunno why you timed out.

I'm going to make some changes to the timeout settings to try again in 5 minutes. Hopefully it'll work.

You using a ftp client of IE to grab the stuff?

it would be faster to use your ftp program to grab the stuff. I believe there are settings in the ftp client that make it not time out during a session.
