What's shakin'? When are you done your exams?...are you sticking around MTL for the summer? I'm going to be around for May-June (summer school in May, party hard in June!) and then I'm going back to Van. Rawr...one more paper to go and I'm D-O-N-E. Well, not really...then there's still the whole month of summer school. I'm burnt. :(

hiya erica, good thing you told me about this in the NA thread because i know, like, no one on this board so i never think to check here. :)
i've got a paper and an exam on monday and that's it for me... for good! i'm graduating, baby.. and then back to Vancouver at the end of june. there's a house party happening at 3431 St. Denis Blvd this coming Friday.. it'll be really, really big, on two levels in a row house just north of Sherbrooke. usually around 100 - 150 people show. DJs spinning mostly jungle, funky house and hard techno, it's free, booze at $2 a beer (you can BYOB if ya like).. bring all your friends! these parties don't disappoint ;).. you probably know some of the DJs.. Krinja, backstabba, Sarcastic/karlmarx, nter, bernie, nicole i was never really sure from your old pic on memf but looking at this one i think i've seen you a few times on campus.. so i'll probably recognize you... the whole memf crew will be there, they're a good bunch! sort of an end of term celebration.. think about coming out! Ahhh, I procrastinated on my paper...I need to finish it by tomorrow night, and so far, I only have the research done. I don't even think I have enough material. It's so aweful at the end of the semester, cause you want it to all be over so badly that you just don't care anymore. Ah well...I guess I can maintain my hermit status for a bit longer. Thanks for letting me know about Friday! As much as I would love to be there, I can't. I'm going back to Vancouver on Wednesday. Summer session starts on Thursday, but I'm giving myself until Monday to start...so I don't get back until Sunday late nite. I'm just too burnt...I don't think I could handle starting right away at this point. But I hope that you have an awesome time! Definitely deserved, especially now that you're graduating. I'll be sure to catch you around before you go home though...I'm going to be here until the end of June too. Gotta get back to my paper. If I don't finish it by tomorrow night, it's going to be hell rushing to pack all my stuff and moving it into the appt that I'm subletting. *Frantic Woman* :284:

aww that's too bad. well keep your eyes peeled on the MEMF board! we usually make party arrangements on there... lots of good dates coming up... Roger Sanchez at Stereo May 10th is going to be a MAJOR memf outting. hehe

thanks! i definitely will have fun in van! it's only for a short time, but i much needed time indeed.
may 10th...rawr. i wanted to go to hyper at aria, but shieze...i'm definitely craving stereo by now. i went all the time last semester, and i haven't gone once since christmas! i'm in need of some breaks though...been quite deprived since i've been out here. i guess we'll see, but it's about time that i meet some more of you peeps for sure! anyways, have an awesome time at the party! *thumbs up to the weather* it's about time eh?
