About your question in the other thread. Women studies is exactly what I took... "intro to western feminism" It sounds intimidating though heh? Like you'd expect some agro lesbian women to preach anti-male.. to be absolutely honest that's the false preconception that I'd had because I'd heard others rumour that that's what it was like. It's ABSOLUTELY not true, and it was an AMAZING course. It was the only course that I actually liked this year.

Women studies is a relatively new study actually, but it's a great one to take and I think you'll love it! I don't know of any cheaper courses to take though asides from uni/college. have you tried checking out adult school courses? You can prob even go to some of the lectures up @ sfu if you ever want a preview of what the course will be like...
