ya i beleive it is,

i havent actually been to the building yet.
but yes i think thats the road...its like behind costco.

if it's behind costco then yes, it's riverside

FYI: if you drive down the road there is a building with the address 420 riverside rd. and it's got huge numbers on the building!!!!
