anyways.. if you renewed your license on oct 6 or after THEN you follow the new rules.. but if you haven't then you follow the old rules!

Just thought you would like to know.. so you dont have to wait 2 years till dave turns 25.. :P

I know I got a letter too. I have until my licence expires on my birthday in 2005. I wish I just got my licence on the 5th. I don't want to take that test!!
