i was out at Bamfield for the weekend and we passed port alberni on the way in, and i thought 'wouldn't it be nice to track inkster down and maybe hang out!?'
so i 411'd it up, and your mom told me you moved away...booooourns

i was at the bamfield marine science centre!

i went on boat rides, midnight hikes, i got to see seals and sea lions, touch gross animals, and wear gumboots and sweatpants to the bar!

i even met some fishermen!

bamfields got some crazy stuff growing...it was mushroom festival while i was there...we were going to go to the mushroom dance, but we decided not too :/

omg! i went there in grade 10. neat place. why did you go? they usually only have stayovers for high schools or students doing co-op work. neither of which you do... or do you? been too long! i have no idea what you've been up to.

heh...dale grade 10 was awhile ago, eh?

there's only 2 marine science centers like that in canada, so it's a pretty big deal (there was a high school from alberta that got there when we left)

either way, i'm taking an ecology class at school, and the bamfield field trip was a prerequisit that i had to take...

it was pretty nice...we stayed in these brand new dorms...they had 2 beds per room, 2 showers and toilets per floor, laundry rooms, and a whole buncha other junk
