LOL You've never watched the cartoon Recess? The kid...damn, I can't remember his name...well, anyways, this kid wanted to have a word that he could say without getting in trouble, so he made one up. Wamp/womp = "This wamps/womps" (sucks)

actaully its not 'womps' like from Recess.. its 'wamp'
