Anybody looking for a roommate?

I'm looking for a roommate to move out with. Hoping to move out on February 15th. Have a few places that I'm checking out right now, but I mostly have my eye on this 2 bedroom townhouse down by Granville Island. It's $1100/month rent, 2 floors, fully furnished.

Time is winding down though, so anybody that has an extra room in their pad that needs to be rented out, wants to move out, or whatever, please post here and let me know. :)
