first: what does gray colored karma mean? i have gray karma?

second: how come i can't give karma to someone i have only given karma to once, over a week ago?!

haha I asked him about that yesterday.
Grey karma means its from someone who can't give karma because they haven't been registered for X days or don't have X posts. It isn't worth any points
Once they hit that X amount, the karma they gave you might be worth something, but thats not certain yet.
