The amusing thing about this is that the scene in question is the one where Cowgirl - Underworld is playing, and I just popped up Underworld - Everything Everything on my playlist.

For the record, Emmanuel Goldstein is not the guy's real name. It's borrowed from 1984, which is one interesting factoid considering Cereal's rant is all about how 1984 was a typo.

Another interesting addendum: I believe it was Emmanuel Goldstein who was actually brough it for tech advisory for Hackers. Makes me wonder why they got it so bloody wrong. Was nice to hear the Hacker Manifesto by The Mentor cited in there.

No references to Mitnick or MOD though. That would've been cool.
