do u need to apply for visa?

i don't really get the government site... saying u need a workin visa
then my dad's n uncle's sayin i dn't..
then the site says i can only work for the school (if the school's sponsoring me in some way)
and my relatives are tellin me to teach privately

hellllllp! u are the fnk expert here...
