Through thick and thin. Throughout all of the last year buddy, me and you we battled through adversity with many problems, after problems we got through it.

The whole time we may have had our doubts, but in the back of our mind we knew we could get through it and we did. Although certain things did come up, those things always turned out to be minor in comparison to the bond we carried and still do.

As soon as I get a chance I'm coming up there for a visit guy. You've been a real pal, a swell brother, in a way the only one to whom i could honestly say I felt was like a brother figure to me.

Take care guy, and make me and yourself proud, and I'll do the same.

max, buddy, we've had some really good times together. hanging out downtown with robyn, talking shit on the steps of the art gallery, wandering around aimlessly and standing at corners using rock, paper, scissors to decide which way to go next.

i'm truly going to miss having you around here. you're one of the smartest guys i've ever met and we always have a blast together. i know i'll be seeing you sometime in the future. hopefully you can find us at shambahla.

thanks for the book, i'm glad that you liked the ones i lent you. have a safe trip and let us all know what you're getting up to.

and max...it was really good seeing you last night...like i said it was unfortunate we never got together in this "swell" town and had coffee... but thank you very much for the beer last night!!!
