we had a half hour training class for the BOP TOOL (Back Office Productivity) aka the turn us into monkeys that report every single work item that we complete and how long it takes tool. It's the biggest load of BS ever. haha

hahaha. those tools are silly, because it's so easy to fake! Things that may take you 5 minute may take others 15 -- so you always put in more time and just sit around!

I'm learning Alberta content -- it's the same as BC except some codes and prices are different -- but there are so many codes and prices that i don't remember them anyways and look them up.

Basically I'm having two days of training teaching me to look one colomn over labelled ALBERTA!

There is not enough coffee in the world to keep me awake :(
