Make people pay to get their stuff back. If it really means something to them they'll pay for it. And if they say screw it... then other people can get shit for really cheap.

Hehe yeah both of those ideas have been discussed in the past few weeks.
I think Big Brothers should be able to make good use of it though. There's some nice stuff in that pile!
