I read the whole thread. Discussion? I hardly saw a discussion carry on there.

If you people wish to carry on that "discussion" then please take to a different area of cyberspace. I have laid out some pretty simple groundrules for this sandbox we play in here.

You are right... I let a lot of shit slide in here. LOTS! What does the discussion of useless banter create? A couple of laughs? Some of you might even roll your eyes at just how retarded a person can be.

However, I an NOT going to provide a open forum for an individual to come in and spew out their narrow point of view in such a manner.

If you don't like the rules then go play somewhere else.

If you have a beef with me then take it on with me, I have no where to hide.

yeah i agree that maybe it wasn't a real discussion so much as a spewing of viewpoints and a verbal fistfight of sorts, but things like that are important to read as well.

i think something like that is good in the way that it challenges people to defend their ways of thinking. excercises like that keep my mind sharp. it's not often that you get to argue against someone who thinks multi-culturism is bad.

I did not delete the thread. It is still in plain view for all to see.

I'm far from trying to keeping this place "safe" or free from the realities of the outside world. I've been poked for closing threads like this before and I will again in the future.

I've debated and discussed viewpoints on multicultural societies, the good and bad, and learned quite a bit listening to what others had to say.

Unfortunately the member who started that thread did not have very much to say.
