im sure you've gotten tons of emails and pms about this so maybe you should make an official post, but when should we expect spooky refunds to be mailed?

I would expect by the end of December at the latest.

Deadline to have them post marked was yesterday (November 15th), and once all were received, Salim was going to deal with them all.
